I'm Christopher McLean, a Focusing trainer (certified by the Focusing Institute, New York). I facilitate Focusing, Level One workshops in Sydney, Australia.
I am one of two Inner Relationship Focusing trainers in Australia, the other being Bev Stevenson in Brisbane. Inner Relationship Focusing is an approach to Eugene Gendlin's Focusing which was developed by Ann Weiser Cornell.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Bev and Ann for their loving mentoring.

RETREAT:
I'm very excited to announce that I'll be running a retreat in Focusing and
Meditation in August, 2008 at Hartzer Park, Bowral. Dates:
Starting in the evening of Friday, 1st August; and finishing at lunchtime on
Saturday, 9th August. Put it in your diary now; I'll have more details on how to register
with SIM (Sydney Insight Meditators Inc.) up here soon.

Cost: $260 for the full weekend workshops. Send a $100 deposit for each person to the PO Box listed below. |

Focusing and Meditation On Saturday November 22ND, 2008 - a one-day workshop (10:30 to 4:00, venue yet to be decided) for Focusers who are also meditators; to clarify the differences, the areas of overlap and the way that each can support the other. An experiential day, late in the year. No cost for this day. § |
